Job Skills / Requirements

Duties/Responsibilities

Successful deployment of all security services contracts within financial, operational, quality and customer specifications.
Serves as primary liaison with all branch customers; ensures 100% customer satisfaction and retention.
Facilitates regular meetings with customers and account managers. Prepares Weekly Client Visits Report and submits to Regional Vice President.
In conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager, conducts regular quality assurance audits and inspections of all accounts and develops quality standards and metrics that are used to evaluate performance. Conducts routine inspections and audits of accounts and account management team.
Leads and manages new account start-ups/transitions.
In conjunction with the Quality Assurance Manager, develops and updates the post orders and operational guidelines for all accounts, to include contingency/emergency plans.
Leads safety program and interacts with all branch personnel to meet or exceed safety goals.
Coordinates with HR or Operations/Account managers in ensuring proper employee selection, all posts are filled with high caliber staff and overtime is limited to planned levels.
Direct branch P&L management responsibility with a keen focus on keeping labor-related costs and unbilled overtime as low as possible and within regional tolerances.
Review weekly performance reports, including but not limited to, Payroll & Billing Analysis; Non-billed Hours/OT Report; D/L costs, Employee Adjustments; and compile weekly D/L NBOT Report for Regional Vice President.
Authorizes and manages all expenses associate with account and regional operations. Reviews and submits Expense Reports within company guidelines.
Manages the regional fleet of vehicles, including motor vehicles, golf carts and other vehicles used in providing security services; reviews and audits the condition of vehicles, maintenance records and gas purchases.
Works with regional Business Development Managers on sales and marketing efforts. Assists with RFP response, proposal preparation, RFP meetings and presentations and generally supports sales efforts, as required.
Maintains solid market knowledge of competitors, vertical markets, targeted accounts, business opportunities, market wages and bill rates, and conditions impacting contract security services in assigned region.
Represents SecurAmerica by participating and networking in local associations relevant to security, law enforcement, or vertical markets, (ASIS, BOMA, client HOA meetings, crime intelligence meetings, etc.).
Works with Regional Vice President in creating and managing within an annual budget.
Ensures proper tracking of 110% Club scoring.
Provides vulnerability assessments, security survey/security enhancement consulting and recommendations to clients.
Maintains strong working relationships with security and law enforcement officials in assigned area. Maintains current knowledge of local criminal activities and trends and utilizes this information to advise clients.
Serves as primary branch investigator.
Ensures that all account operations are in full compliance with company standards and all applicable laws and regulations
Serves as Acting Regional Vice President, as situations dictate.


Position Qualifications

EXPERIENCE
Ten years of experience in security field; with a proven track record as an operator
A minimum of five years of experience in a leadership/mid-management position

EDUCATION
College degree
PSP or CPP certification is a plus
