Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently hiring for a part-time and flex Security Officer in the South Charlotte, NC area. The post available are Saturday & Sunday, 3rd shift, with a starting pay rate of $12/hour. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and control access into the facility for truck deliveries and departures
• Positively interact with employees, contractors, and vehicle operators
• Log visitors/vehicles
• Check vehicle loads
• Provide delivery instructions

Requirements:

• Professional appearance
• Outgoing personality desired
• 18 years of age 
• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong technology skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime hours

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).   The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
