Job Skills / Requirements

DE Security License required for all candidates.***$750 SignOn Bonus Available after 6 month anniversary*** We are seeking an outgoing, team-orientated Site Supervisor for a corporate high-rise building in Wilmington, DE. The starting pay is $17.00-19.00 per hour. 

*Free Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus 2 weeks of Vacation accrual.*

Candidates must have 2-3 years of prior supervisory experience in the security industry. Candidates must be computer literate, and familiar with scheduling, payroll, counseling, and training. Excellent customer service and communication skills required. Pay based on experience. 

A Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Site Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123

State of Delaware Non-Commissioned Security License (Yellow Card)
