Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently hiring Flex Security Officers in Uptown Charlotte, NC. Flexibility to work various shifts and hours required, sometimes on short notice. Responsibilities include lobby reception duties, monitoring cameras, conducting facility and parking deck tours, answering incoming calls, verifying incoming personnel and contractors. Prior Security experience is preferred but not necessary. The starting rate of pay is $12.00/hour.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).   The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Candidates must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma. Looking for someone with exceptionally strong technology and customer service skills.
