Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently hiring for two Weekend Security officers preferably with prior Security, Law Enforcement, and or Military experience. The available posts have a starting pay rate of $12.85/hour with the potential to accept additional hours. 

Saturday & Sunday - 2nd shift,1600 - 2400 (4:00PM - 12:00AM)

Saturday & Sunday - 3rd shift, 0000 - 08000 (12:00AM - 8:00AM)  

This position is located within a climate-controlled Lobby, at a Security Desk monitoring station, with occasional interior and exterior foot patrol. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Access control
• Telecommunications
• CCTV monitoring
• Report writing and other accurate and detailed documentation
• Interior and exterior foot patrol 

Requirements: 

• Experience with CCTV and Microsoft Office preferred
• Self-driven and self-disciplined when working alone
• Ability to critically think through and solve problems
• Willingness to stay later than expected in the event of staffing emergencies
• Professional appearance 

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123

PPSB License
North Carolina Drivers License
