Job Skills / Requirements

We are currently hiring for Flex Security Officers in the Houston area. This position will work on an as-needed basis to fill in for open shifts and calls offs. Candidates must be flexible to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. The starting pay is $14/hour. Candidates must meet the following requirements: 

• 5 years customer service experience
• Security experience a plus
• Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision
• Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain highest level of integrity
• Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions
• Must have dependable means of transportation to and from work and to travel between the different job sites in the Houston area. 

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent
