Job Skills / Requirements
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Security Supervisors in Nashville. 2nd & 3rd Shift posts available. Candidates with TN security licensed preferred but not required. Applicants must have exceptional customer service and critical thinking skills. Officers must be able to conduct foot patrols, basic computer skills, operate and monitor cameras. The starting pay is $13-$15 per hour.
Job duties consist of officers conducting hourly foot patrols of client property. Inside and outside checks of buildings, parking garages, as well as added vehicle patrols from time to time. Exceptional observing and reporting skills.
Supervisor skills and task such as scheduling, payroll, staffing. Supervisor is responsible for all security related items that occur on site. Direct communication with the client regarding incidents, damages, etc. Supervisors should be able to cover shifts in the event officers should call off work. Direct communication with Sunstate management on training and site-specific needs.
A Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Supervisor will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
